Hot Lunch Service
A new service offered by the Académie Nour Parents' Committee
The Parents' Committee offers a hot lunch service to all Académie Nour students and staff. Orders and payments are handled online through the school portal. This service is made possible through the collaboration of Le Cro Magnon, BBurger and Pita Pizza.
How the service works

The full monthly menu is published on the portal so you can plan ahead. The service is not offered on pedagogical days or holidays. Those days are already removed from the options shown on the portal.
How to order
- Log in to the ACNour.ca portal
- Go to Portail parent (Parent Portal)
- Select Repas du midi (Lunch Meals)
- Select your child's name
- Choose the meal or meals you want for the following week
- Review your order and complete the online payment
If you have more than one child at Académie Nour, each child's name will appear in your portal and you can select their meals separately.
After ordering you will receive two confirmation emails: one for the payment and one for the week's meal order.
Orders open every Monday and close every Thursday at 11:59 p.m. for the following week. No orders can be added after this deadline.
If you miss it, you must wait until the next ordering period. No exceptions can be made.
No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be possible once an order has been placed. All orders are final once confirmed and paid.
Before paying, please carefully check your child's name, the selected day and the meal chosen. Ordered meals cannot be replaced with another menu option after the order has been placed.
Student absence
If your child is absent on a day for which a meal was ordered, no refund will be issued. You may request that the meal be given to a sibling attending school that day, or pick it up at the school. Without an arrangement, the meal will be forfeited.
Food allergies
Although Académie Nour is a nut-free environment, we encourage parents to remain vigilant when selecting meals, especially when other food allergies or intolerances are involved. It is important to carefully check ingredients and menu choices before confirming an order. For any specific food allergy question, please contact the Parents' Committee before placing your order.
Questions and suggestions
Each month the Parents' Committee will send a survey to collect your feedback and suggestions on meal choices, menus and students' preferences. You can also write to us at any time.
