YOUR ROLE
As a teaching assistant, you will assist the lead teacher in the facilitation and management of the preschool group. You will support children in their learning processes, encourage their independence, and ensure their daily well-being.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accompany children in their educational and recreational activities.
- Provide individualized support to students with specific needs.
- Supervise and oversee children during lunch and recess.
- Participate in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teacher for classroom management and routine organization.
- Encourage the development of social skills and independence in children.
Profile
- Experience with children (in a school or daycare setting is a plus).
- Training in early childhood education, special education techniques, or another relevant field (a plus).
- Patience, kindness, and team spirit.
- Adaptability and creativity.
